- We’ll schedule a time when you are available on-site and one of our expertly trained estimators will meet you there.
- They will carefully measure and examine your roof to determine the best installation specifications for your home.
- The estimator will talk with you about your preferences, architectural wishes, colours and the overall look of the roof.
- They will honestly discuss your budget parameters and requirements.
- Once we have your estimate information ready, the estimator will schedule a time to present your quote and answer any questions. You will receive a written estimate, including a detailed list of what is required.

- Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Crown Roofing only works with top-quality products and processes.
- We install a complete roof system, not just shingles.
- Your new Crown roof is designed to last and will include all necessary features and products.
- All Crown installations include a 10-year labour guarantee and our strict installation standards ensure that you have a fully transferrable manufacturer’s warranty.
- Expect us to show up when we promise.
- Expect our crew to be polite and professional.
- If you stay home throughout the project there will be noise and disruptions, that can’t be avoided on a construction project. But we will do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience.
- Expect your home and property to be left in excellent condition. We completely clean up at the end of the job.
- That will depend on the complexity of the job. Your estimator will discuss this with you. Most residential roofs take 2-6 days.
- The team working on your home will be well-trained professionals. They are fully equiped with all of the tools and safety equipment to do your job right. They work within Crown’s promise of integrity, honesty and quality.
- Crown does install wood shingles. However, speak with your Crown estimator, as there are an assortment of comparable products that may be better suited to your home.
- Crown accepts VISA, Mastercard, cheques and cash.
- We offer a 24 hour emergency call-out service. If we can gain access to your roof, there is adequate light and safe weather conditions for working in, then we will do our very best to make a repair immediately.
