When the time comes to replace your roof you must choose an effective roofing system that will last. We will act as your expert roofing advisors. With over 100 years of experience in this industry we know the importance of seeing and examining your roof as a first step. We don't like to give "guestimates" on the phone or "drive-by quotes", instead we prefer to talk to you in-person about your individual budget and needs. Our second step is to provide you with our recommendations and a detailed written estimate.

Roofing Systems
Crown installs complete roofing systems, supplied by manufacturers with great reputations and solid warranties. We source from major suppliers such as Emco BP, GAF, and Elk. Most importantly, the products we choose meet our stringent standards.
Our roofers are trained and certified to each of the manufacturer's standards.
That's vitally important in this industry because untrained roofers and/or improper installation can void the manufacturer warranty.
  
Types of Roofing
Crown installs both sloped and flat roof systems for single homes and multi-unit dwellings, including duplexes and condos.
Sloped roofs
We install laminated fiberglass shingles, asphalt shingles and composite shingles. You choose the quality and look you want, with anything from a 25 year to a lifetime warranty. Our shingle roofs come in a huge variety of colours, looks and textures to complement any home style. Shingle roofing products have changed and improved dramatically in recent years and many customers are converting from cedar.
Flat roofs
We install a cold-process membrane system. The cold process membrane system is a 1 or 2-ply system, created specifically for low slope applications. The product comes in a variety of colours and warranty options. This system has all the functionality of traditional torch-on applications, but is applied without the need for flame.
Quality Control
During the installation of your roof a Project Manager will oversee the quality and details from start to finish. It is their job to communicate and coordinate with you to ensure that the project meets your expectations. As part of our on-going quality control process, an independent inspector will also look over the job during installation. The inspector's role is to verify that the roof system meets, or exceeds, the manufacturer's specifications and that the details of your contract are met.
In the rare case where a discrepancy is found in the quality of the product or service, Crown will ensure that everything is done to recitify the matter to your complete satisfaction.
Siding
Crown can offer you siding recommendations and installation, all with the same level of detail that goes into our roofs. We can install premium vinyl or hardie board (composite) siding in a broad selection of colours, panel styles and architectural accents. We can also install aluminum fascia covers and soffits as part of your siding or roofing project.
Gutter and Downpipe Systems
Gutters and downpipes are an integral part of the water management system of a home. Crown specialises in the installation of 5" continuous gutter systems, in both colonial and fascia styles. We can install gutter/downpipe systems as a stand alone project, or as part of your roofing/siding project.
Aluminium Awnings & Railings
Improve the look and functionality of your home with the installation of customized aluminium railings. Enjoy the shade or cover that a customized fixed aluminum awning can provide in all seasons. A Crown representative will be able to discuss the various styles and options available, based on your preference and budget.
Drainage Systems
Crown offers free estimates for all types of drainage repairs, replacement and service.
Emergency Service
With a roof leak, or water entering your home from any source, you will want it taken care of as soon as possible. At Crown we offer a 24-hour, 7 day a week emergency repair service. Our seasoned experts specialize in finding and repairing leaks and can give you advice on what you should do to prevent further problems.
