During the installation of your roof a Project Manager will oversee the quality and details from start to finish. It is their job to communicate and coordinate with you to ensure that the project meets your expectations. As part of our on-going quality control process, an independent inspector will also look over the job during installation. The inspector’s role is to verify that the roof system meets, or exceeds, the manufacturer’s specifications and that the details of your contract are met.

In the rare case where a discrepancy is found in the quality of the product or service, Crown will ensure that everything is done to recitify the matter to your complete satisfaction.
