They explained their approach in detail and were available to answer questions as the project progressed. While on -site, the installers were well organized and created no disruptions. During the installation, there was a strong wind storm on a Friday night. Although the crew was not scheduled to work Saturday, they dropped by Saturday morning to secure the tarps they had left on the roof. It turned out that it wasn't necessary because they had left the tarps securely weighed down enough to withstand a wind storm. But I was impressed just the same.

The job was done quickly and efficiently by an excellent crew. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Questions were answered promptly and fully. The intial quote by Jason was very competitive with the other quotes we received, and Jason was the most thorough in his presentation, answering many questions patiently.After the roof was finished, we had a few days of rain and we noticed a sound in the living room which appeared to indicate a possible drip from inside the gas fireplace chimney. We asked Crown to check this for us, and they sent a couple of fellows out to do that. They reported that everything around the chimney looked absolutely properly done. We appreciated their prompt attention. We'll keep an ear out for the sound again and if it occurs, we may ask them to check once more for a possible crack in the chimney cap or the top area of the chimney itself. From the standpoint of competitors, I would rate Crown head and shoulders above anyone else we've had contact with in the roofing business. It all starts with the original quotation and right through to the job. I think they are exceptional. The other quotations we got we're more or less the same price or higher, which is quite incredible when you think about it. You get a shoddily done quotation done from another company and it is higher than what Crown is going to do. The other companies aren't even on the same planet, really.
